About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory, and store operations for our fast-growing food business. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and support smooth day-to-day operations across the commissary and outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other operational supplies.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices to achieve cost savings.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate stock transfers between commissary and outlets.
- Maintain purchase documentation, GRNs, invoices, and stock registers.




- Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in QSR, Cloud Kitchen, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
