About the Role:

I4S Infra Security Solution Private Limited is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for candidates with strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills. Experience in any industry is welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS.
- Prepare and track project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain project records.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, Operations Coordinator, PMO, or similar role.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience in project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
