Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
- Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment problems
- Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Prepare production reports, KPIs, and documentation
- Support new product introduction and process validation
- Train and guide operators and technicians on best practices

Skills & Competencies

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of production planning and process control




- Ability to read technical drawings and process documents
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/MRP systems

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace (freshers may apply if specified)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
