We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Assist with attendance and HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination skills

Internship Details:

- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Thrissur
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
