About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Intern who can do two things really well — grow AvailableHour's presence on digital platforms AND actively find and approach potential clients to generate business for us. If you're someone who understands social media, loves talking to people, and has the drive to hustle — this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Find and research potential clients who may need web, app, or design services
- Reach out to them on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Email and other platforms
- Start conversations naturally, explain what AvailableHour does, and convince them to work with us
- Follow up consistently and maintain a daily outreach tracker
- Hand over interested clients to the internal team

Digital Marketing

- Manage and grow AvailableHour's presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create and schedule engaging content — posts, captions, and creatives
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content strategies




- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Support basic SEO and email marketing efforts

What We're Looking For

- Excellent written and spoken English — clear, confident, and professional
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable approaching strangers online and starting conversations
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or similar
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and doesn't need to be pushed
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client handling is a plus but not required
