About Us
We are a premium custom furniture manufacturing Company specializing in high-end Japandi and Scandinavian designs, we work with premium materials like Ashwood and genuine leather, utilizing advanced technology including 5-axis CNC machines. We are looking for a practical, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to bridge the gap between our factory floor operations and administrative reporting.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced factory workplace (manufacturing floor) and has a good head for numbers and basic computer skills. You will work closely with the Production In-Charge to estimate materials, schedule carpentry work, and ensure production reports are accurate.
If you possess solid technical logic, sharp attention to detail, and a deep sense of ownership, we offer a structured roadmap to elevate you into a Senior Production Management role.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Production Scheduling: Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily/weekly tasks for the carpentry and polishing teams.
- Material & Labor Estimation: Calculate and prepare accurate estimates for polishing materials and labor requirements.
- Floor Coordination: Actively spend time on the factory floor to understand ground realities, monitor work progress, and solve minor scheduling bottlenecks.
- Data Verification (Fact-Checking): Cross-check and verify the accuracy of daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports submitted by the floor staff.
- Report Generation: Create accurate production, KPI, and operational reports using MS Excel.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous Carpentry QC before products move to polishing, and monitor the Final QC of all finished items.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Wood Technology) or ITI (Fitter / Mechanical / Similar trades).
- Experience: Freshers with a willingness to learn, or candidates with up to 6 months of industrial experience.
- Key Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical ability for material estimation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry (Advanced training will be provided).
- High attention to detail to spot errors in KPI data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Valancheri, Kerala (Valancheri, Malappuram District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
