Spare Parts Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and inventory of vehicle spare parts.
- Issue spare parts to workshop teams and maintain stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain inward/outward registers and ERP/Excel records.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure availability of genuine spare parts for fleet maintenance.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory and consumption reports.




- Follow company inventory control procedures and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical or any relevant field.
- 1–5 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in a logistics, fleet, or automobile workshop.
- Good knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally is preferred.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
