The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch of products. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, manpower productivity, inventory accuracy, food safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment while ensuring adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.

Warehouse Operations

- Supervise day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
- Ensure timely unloading, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of products.
- Monitor vehicle loading and unloading to achieve targeted turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure timely completion of all warehouse activities as per dispatch schedule.




- Monitor daily operational performance and resolve workflow issues.

Inventory Management

- Ensure proper storage of products as per warehouse layout.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for all products.
- Report stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
- Coordinate with inventory control teams during physical stock audits.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
