Eligibility :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3 years of experience in admissions or student counselling, preferably in an IB, Cambridge, International, or premium CBSE school. ( School experience in Mandtory )
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel prospective parents and students on the school's IB curriculum, academic programs, and admissions process.
- Independently manage the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation to enrolment.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and online enquiries with timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Conduct campus tours and admission presentations to showcase the school's offerings.




- Build solid relationships with parents and provide personalized admission guidance.
- Generate quality leads through events, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach.
- Achieve admission targets through excellent counselling, negotiation, and conversion skills.
- Coordinate admission assessments, documentation, fee collection, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and prepare admission reports for management.
- Collaborate with Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams for a seamless admission experience.
- Represent the school at education fairs and promotional events to enhance admissions.
- Deliver exceptional parent service while staying updated on IB education and market trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
