Billing Engineer (Civil)

Qualification:* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have positive knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.

* Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.

* Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.

* Maintain billing records and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.

* Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.

* Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.





* Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals.

Requirements:-

* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* 4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.

* Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation).

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:-

* Experience with ERP or billing software.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

* Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
