Description:

Join an early-stage AI workflow automation startup building the future of business process orchestration. You'll help develop a platform that transforms natural-language business process descriptions into executable workflows and automatically generates business documents using AI. As one of the first engineering hires, you'll play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, building scalable AI systems, and influencing core technical decisions from day one.

70% Hands-on and 30%Technical Direction.

Requirements:

- Robust Python

- Deep AWS serverless experience: Lambda, Step Functions,



DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, IAM

- DevOps ownership: IaC (SAM or CloudFormation), CI/CD, Docker, secrets management, monitoring

- Distributed systems judgement: idempotency, retries, partial failure, versioning

- Experience with LLM APIs in production: agent frameworks, structured outputs, tool calling, evaluation, cost and latency

- Proficiency in TypeScript/React to work in the front end when needed

- Platform security: Cognito, IAM, API Gateway authorizers, Secrets Manager, KMS

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
