Roles and Responsibilities:

- Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants.
- Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
- Recruiting for Technology positions and should have knowledge of the latest technologies and ability to screen candidates.
- Needs to find projects for on-bench consultants (Bench Sales).
- Actively pursue new opportunities and business ventures to drive sales and increase business.
- Developing social media presence - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Rate Negotiation with Vendors.
- Make strong relationship with Vendors
- Actively communicate with the Vendors and get positions.
- Screening of the candidate.
- Actively communicate with consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
