What does the job entail?
The primary focus of this role is to manage, retain, and grow the corporate client portfolio for Employee-Employer Group Fund schemes (Gratuity, Superannuation, and Leave Encashment). The incumbent will act as the key consultant to corporate HR and Finance teams, ensuring smooth fund deployment, optimal fund performance reporting, seamless renewal operations, and strict regulatory compliance under IRDAI guidelines.

Essential Qualification
Graduation
Preferred Skills
Experience in Group Corporate Business, Institutional Sales, or Group Operations within Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Corporate Banking.Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to comfortably pitch and consult with C-suite executives (CFOs, CHROs).
