Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing student admissions
- Lead and mentor the team by monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of organization goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with school principals, management, coordinators, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and expand referral networks.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, school engagement programs, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional events to maximize lead generation.
- Develop territory-wise marketing plans, monitor campaign effectiveness, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Counsel prospective students and parents, address their queries, and ensure a seamless admission experience with high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve market positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and timely follow-up of leads.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, admission forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM and maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and stakeholder interactions.
Experience & Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving business development
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in planning and executing school outreach programs, seminars, educational events, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent counseling and presentation skills with the ability to engage students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple territories and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis/reporting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
