About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-quality 3D visualizations for retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, the design team, and the production team to transform concepts into realistic 3D presentations and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic 3D interior renders and walkthroughs for retail, commercial, and residential projects.
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and presentation layouts.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts based on client requirements.
- Produce detailed 3D models, elevations, and visualization presentations.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Select and apply materials, textures, lighting, and finishes to achieve realistic renders.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings and support client meetings.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials,



and visualization techniques.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design and 3D Visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail, commercial, or residential interior projects.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, furniture detailing, and lighting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
