Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

Step Up School is looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team/ maintenance work and ensure that the school campus remains clean, safe, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

- Allocate duties and monitor the quality of cleaning across classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, laboratories, and common areas.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.

- Conduct regular inspections and address housekeeping issues promptly.

- Maintain housekeeping schedules, attendance, and duty rosters.

- Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.

- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.





- Coordinate with the Administration Department for maintenance-related requirements.

- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per school guidelines.

- Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency within the housekeeping team.

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduate (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).

- 2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a school, hospital, hotel, or corporate environment.

- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
