We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Garment Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure timely order completion.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the entire production process.
- Coordinate with tailors, craftsmen, and other team members.
- Ensure all orders are completed within the given deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of clients and production schedules.
- Monitor product quality and maintain company standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with workers and colleagues.
- Handle production planning, inventory management, and workflow coordination.
- Resolve production-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the garment or fashion industry.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, stitching processes, and garment production.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
