We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location: Model Town, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Manage candidate database and recruitment records
- Assist in offer letter generation and onboarding process

Required Skills:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Strong screening and assessment abilities
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals

Preferred Qualities:

- Positive attitude with confidence
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Quick learner and team player

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
