Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

- Manage end-to-end social media and digital marketing projects for multiple clients.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing executives.
- Ensure timely execution of content calendars, campaigns, and client deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct team meetings and track task completion.

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
- Monitor trends and recommend cutting-edge content ideas.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

- Coordinate and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track KPIs, engagement metrics, lead generation, and ROI.




- Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and client presentations.

Lead Generation & Growth

- Support lead generation initiatives through social media and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
