Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate current business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote our IT and Digital Marketing services.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, email campaigns, and client referrals.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote company services including:
- Website Development
- E-Commerce Development
- Software Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO & Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing




- Branding & Creative Design
- Cloud & IT Solutions
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and project management teams for smooth project execution.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and business meetings whenever required.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and provide suitable business solutions.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Websites, Software, Mobile Apps, and IT Services.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
