Assistant Intern (Artist Management) – Andheri West

Work directly with Khushboo Grewal, a playback singer, performer, entrepreneur, and television personality, and gain hands-on experience in artist management, executive assistance, business operations, and social media coordination.

This is an in-office internship for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate with brands, agencies, vendors, and event organizers.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and day-to-day operations.
- Assist with travel planning, rehearsals, events, and business activities.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone.
- Coordinate with the social media team for content planning, approvals, and execution.
- Organize photos, videos, and digital assets.
- Create basic creatives using Canva when required.
- Conduct research and assist with presentations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Freshers can apply).




- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Familiar with Instagram, Reels, Stories, Canva, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
- Comfortable capturing content on a smartphone.
- Skilled, well-groomed, and comfortable working in meetings, events, and shoots.
- Must be based in Mumbai and available to work in-office.

Stipend

₹10,000 per month

Duration

3 Months (The internship may be extended or converted into a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.)
