About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and imaginative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a keen eye for design and knows how to make brands stand out online. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on creative execution across various digital platforms. Strong preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative social media strategies for multiple platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn).
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns in alignment with brand goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
- Create design carousels/graphics (via Canva), and leverage organic tactics to expand our LinkedIn reach and network.
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media.




- Write compelling captions and content that align with the brand’s voice and messaging
- Handle basic photo/video editing and visual enhancements as needed.
- Support social media campaign strategy and execution when required.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Robust writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Excellent copywriting abilities and basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop).
- Good communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Prior experience with LinkedIn is a plus.
- Minimum experience of 1 year

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
