Focus Motors is one of Kerala's quick-growing pre-owned car dealerships, committed to providing quality vehicles, transparent transactions, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Development Manager (BDM) to lead branch growth, improve sales performance, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall branch business growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Sales, Purchase, CRM, and Operations teams to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition channels.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying and selling process.
- Monitor branch KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training,



and performance management in collaboration with the HR Department.
- Maintain inventory movement and coordinate with the purchase team to ensure adequate vehicle stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financiers, insurance partners, and other business associates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
