We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) to drive growth for our D2C website (Vasu Store) as well as marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) through data-driven digital marketing campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms
- Drive revenue growth for Vasu Store (Shopify) and marketplace channels through performance marketing
- Scale customer acquisition while achieving target ROAS, CAC and profitability
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions and sales
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences and landing pages
- Implement and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversion API
- Collaborate with the creative, content and e-commerce teams for campaign execution and product launches
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC for a D2C or e-commerce brand




- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM and Shopify
- Experience in managing performance campaigns with measurable business growth
- Good understanding of Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, data-driven and problem-solving skills.
