Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our E-commerce team in managing daily marketplace operations. The intern will work closely with the Senior E-commerce Executive to gain practical experience in online marketplace management, product listing, order processing, inventory coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Support daily order processing and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory updates and stock availability.
- Monitor product availability and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in handling customer queries and coordinate with the support team for issue resolution.
- Maintain product data accuracy across all sales channels.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sale activities.
- Monitor marketplace performance and report any listing or account issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and marketplace guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Senior E-commerce Executive.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
