Description:

The role is responsible for driving innovative and collaborative supply chain solutions to optimize cost-to-serve and maximize product availability in both offline and online retail environments. The role involves localizing, implementing, and sustaining a globally defined O2C Service Strategy across designated markets or business units. The incumbent focuses on strategic and operational planning, including capacity planning, order fulfilment, and resource allocation to meet business needs. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure effective and cost-effective supply chain processes.

Essential Functions:

- Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to reduce costs and improve product availability

- Implement and sustain the O2C Service Strategy within assigned markets or business units

- Plan and manage order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate delivery





- Contribute to strategic and operational planning to meet supply chain objectives

- Monitor and track performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement

- Lead capacity planning and resource allocation efforts to meet market demands

- Manage and optimize lead time management to ensure supply chain efficiency

- Assist in procurement planning to ensure the timely availability of materials

- Contribute to production planning and scheduling to align with supply chain strategies

- Coordinate sales and operations planning to ensure effective use of resources

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) BA - Required

- Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred

Experience:

- 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
