CCTV Operator – Job Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Detect and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies.
- Maintain a log of incidents and daily monitoring reports.
- Coordinate with the security team for immediate response to incidents.
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage when required for investigations.
- Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
- Report technical faults or equipment malfunctions to the concerned team.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of surveillance footage.
- Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in access control and monitor entry/exit activities, if required.

Key Requirements

- Experience in CCTV monitoring/security operations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,845.87 per month
