The Role

We are looking for a PR and Brand Manager who can own how Vrozart Group shows up in the world — in the press, on social media, in investor rooms, and in the minds of the founders, clients, and partners we want to attract.

This is not a support role. You will lead. You will build media relationships from scratch, shape the group narrative across all verticals, and ensure that every piece of communication that leaves Vrozart sounds like Vrozart.

What You Will Own

Public Relations

- Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, and media platforms across business, tech, and startup beats
- Pitch stories proactively — not just press releases, but genuine narratives that get picked up
- Manage all press coverage, media requests, and spokesperson preparation
- Handle crisis communications calmly and without drama when needed

Brand and Content

- Define and maintain Vrozart Group's brand voice across all channels — consistent, sharp, and credible
- Oversee content across LinkedIn, Instagram,



website, and any new channels we enter
- Work with the internal team and founders on thought leadership pieces, interviews, and public appearances
- Ensure every vertical — Vrozart Diagnostics, VrozartX, Vrozart Finance, Vrozart Agro — speaks coherently as part of one group identity

Events and Visibility

- Identify and manage participation in industry events, startup summits, and media forums
- Coordinate awards, rankings, and recognition applications for the group and its ventures
- Build Vrozart's presence in the startup and business ecosystem in Punjab, Delhi, and nationally

What We Are Looking For

- 3 to 6 years of experience in PR, brand management, or communications — startup or media background preferred
- Existing media relationships or the confidence to build them quick
- Exceptional written English — you can write a founder quote, a press release, and a LinkedIn post and they will all sound human
- Someone who understands the Indian startup ecosystem and knows what a good story looks like
- Self-starter who does not need to be told what to do next — you see the gap and fill it

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
