Anam Low Price is one of the fastest-growing supermarkets in Valsad. We are expanding from our current 2000 sq. ft. store. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Store Operations Executive to lead daily store operations and build a high-performance retail team.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Store Operations Executive who can independently manage daily supermarket operations, improve staff productivity, ensure shelves remain fully stocked, maintain store standards, and deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure shelf availability remains above 98% throughout the day.




- Monitor rack filling and timely stock replenishment.
- Supervise and guide store employees.
- Conduct daily morning briefing with staff.
- Ensure FIFO is followed across all departments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with Godown, Packing, Billing and Purchase teams.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure price tags and promotional displays are accurate.
- Train, motivate and discipline the floor staff.
- Submit daily operational reports to management.
