Job Title : Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly, understand their jewellery requirements, and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, explain features, pricing, and offers, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and ensure accurate billing and inventory coordination.
- Handle customer queries professionally and support promotional activities to drive store sales.

Eligibility

- Prior experience in retail, jewellery, luxury, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Fluency in Assamese, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to work in a retail showroom environment.

Compensation

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on relevant past experience)
- Performance-based incentives/bonus on achieving sales targets.
