Job Overview

We are hiring a Junior Billing Engineer for a leading civil construction organization in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ, Quantity Estimation, Material Reconciliation, and Subcontractor Billing. The selected candidate will support commercial and billing activities for ongoing residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and assist in Final Billing.
- Verify executed quantities at site and prepare billing documents.
- Verify subcontractor and vendor bills before certification.
- Conduct joint measurements with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements and monitor material consumption.
- Assist in preparing variation statements and rate analysis for non-BOQ items.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain billing records, project documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission of bills in accordance with project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RA Billing, BOQ, Quantity Estimation, Material Reconciliation,



and Subcontractor Billing.
- Familiarity with billing documentation, commercial processes, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with project, site, and accounts teams.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
