The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

- Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and event catering
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary teams
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B; staff; conduct performance evaluations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
- Control costs and manage departmental budgets and financial reporting
- Coordinate promotional activities and special events to boost revenue

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,594.41 per month
