Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, promoting free eye check-ups.
- Conduct eye tests as per Lenskart's standard optometry process.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and eyewear based on customer needs.
- Educate customers on lens options and prescriptions.
- Process billing and transactions through the POS system.
- Achieve sales, eye-test conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate product delivery, pickups, and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure proper care of store equipment and inventory.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented with a passion for retail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in retail, optical, or customer service is preferred (Freshers can apply if eligible).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
