Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand our insurance business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or BFSI and be capable of driving business through POSP, agents, corporate clients, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the assigned sales territory.
- Recruit, train, and motivate POSP advisors, agents, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate business for Motor, Health, Life, and General Insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct field visits, sales meetings, and business development activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.

Eligibility

- Graduate .
- 2-4years of experience in Insurance Broking, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or BFSI Sales.
- Experience in team handling and channel sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidates
