Junior Accounts Assistant (Fresher)

Job Summary

Sibi Pet Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Department. Freshers and undergraduate candidates with basic accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply. Candidates with knowledge of Tally or a basic understanding of accounting principles will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Undergraduate or Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any relevant qualification preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred
- Candidates with a good understanding of accounting concepts are also welcome
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities




- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Prepare and update vouchers and invoices
- Enter accounting data in Tally
- Maintain files and financial documents
- Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash records
- Support GST and other accounting documentation as required
- Coordinate with other departments for accounting-related work
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager
