Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries

Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings

Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reporting

Oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

Manage vendor payments and receivables follow-up

Ensure internal controls and process improvements

Key Skills:

Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards

Expertise in GST & Direct Tax compliance

Experience in handling end-to-end accounts independently

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel

Good analytical and leadership skills

Ca Qualifier

Minimum 2+ years of Industry experience
