About the Role

B.D. Gupta & Associates is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Fresher to join our growing Finance & Accounts team in Noida.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and management reporting while working in a skilled and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
- Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business finance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Finalist / CA Fresher / CA Dropout.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
