Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Test Lead to elevate our testing processes and lead our automation initiatives.

Requirements

- - Oversee testing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards

- - Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies

- - Coordinate testing efforts across teams and projects

- - Identify, document, and track software defects

- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication

- - Implement and enhance test automation processes

- - Conduct performance testing and optimize software performance

- - Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team

- - Ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities

- – Understanding current software product and design automation framework
- – Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data




- – Design automated API Testing (RESTful /GraphQL)
- – Integrating automation testing process into the release and deployment process
- – Design automated system integration tests for mobile devices, browser variations, and different operating systems.
- – Design automation frameworks for specific scenarios based on client requirements.
- – Design test framework to test inconsistencies, performance issues and security
- – Integrate automation testing to jenkins and CI/CD processes
- – Conduct Load Testing.
- – Guide QA and development team for the use of the automation test framework
- – Verify and approve release builds.
- – Identifying quality, security, performance and UI/UX issues and writing reports
- – Report management/stakeholders regularly with the quality of released product.
