Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Consultant based in Nagpur. The Admission Consultant will guide prospective students in their higher education journey by providing personalized advice, assisting with university and course selection, and overseeing the end-to-end admission process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, delivering exceptional customer service,



maintaining strong relationships with students and parents, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The consultant will also provide visa assistance, training, and pre-departure support when needed.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and institutional representatives
- Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver outstanding client experiences while achieving service and admission targets
- Experience in Student Recruiting and Training processes, with a focus on academic and career counselling
- Ability to build rapport, understand student aspirations, and guide them effectively
- Familiarity with the higher education landscape in India and abroad is a robust advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or related field preferred
- Calling the leads and taking updates from them

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
