We're looking for a creative Photographer & Video Editor who can bring our brand to life through compelling visuals. If you're passionate about product photography, storytelling, and creating engaging digital content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, campaign, and behind-the-scenes photographs and videos.
- Plan and execute creative shoots for social media, website, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and deliver engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
- Retouch and enhance product photographs for e-commerce listings and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with Phool.co's brand identity and quality standards.
- Manage photography and videography equipment, lighting, and studio setup.
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library for easy access and reuse.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Mass Communication, Media, Design,



or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in photography and video editing, preferably with a D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
- Solid portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, color grading, and storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with product and lifestyle photography.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace content requirements.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns independently.
