Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to handle the recruitment process and hire suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Conduct initial calls and interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates.
Location: Andheri west, Mumbai
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
