Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and report shortages
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and drink preparation techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
