## Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate recent sales opportunities through field visits and networking.

* Meet potential and existing customers to promote the company's products or services.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.

* Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.

* Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.

* Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.

* Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

* Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.





* Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
