Job Role: Product Manager

Exp: 5-7 Year(Full Time)

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the product life cycle, including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience, delivery, launch, improvements & support

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and translate them into requirements

- Translate product requirements into sprint planning, define product feature sets with clear requirements

- Collaborate across disciplines including, business, design, development, QA, implementation & customer support teams to deliver defined feature sets

- Define & document success criteria for testing and product acceptance

- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Own, manager & prioritize product development backlogs





- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to lead market & user research and drive innovation

Required

- Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.

- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager and solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies and best practices

- Excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills

- Excellent communication, analytical, multitasking & problem solving skills

- Strong passion and focus on delivering the premium customer experience

- Willingness to push yourself to learn new things and collaborate with team member
