Job Profile is as below
Responsible for searching of current Tenders, screening of Tender Documents and analysing the eligibility to participate for the tender.
Understanding of Tender Document and preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the Management.
uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender or bid.
Responsible for drafting of Proposals for various projects in coordination with other departments.
Preparation of pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concern departments.Make Quotations, Check- List for all type of tenders
Preparation of Bid documents and getting it validated by the Management.
Submission of online Tender document and physical submission (if required).
