Activity Incharge in a school is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising extracurricular and co-curricular activities that support students' overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate school events such as annual day, sports day, cultural programs, and competitions.
- Prepare the yearly activity calendar.
- Organize inter-house, inter-school, and club activities.
- Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents for smooth execution of events.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and proper participation during activities.
- Arrange required resources, venues, and equipment.
- Encourage student participation and identify talents.
- Maintain records, reports, photographs, and achievements of school activities.
- .Evaluate activities and suggest improvements for future programs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
