Accounting & Book-Keeping

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations in Tally / ERP. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing. Maintain fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and expense tracking. Prepare monthly trial balance, P&L;, and balance sheet for management review.

GST, TDS & Taxation

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately and on time. Manage TDS deductions, challans, and quarterly e-TDS return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q). Liaise with tax consultants for advance tax, income tax returns, and tax audit support. Stay updated on changes in GST, TDS, and direct/indirect tax regulations.

Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, cash flow statements,



and financial dashboards in Excel. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management decision-making. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits and ensure timely audit closure.

Audit & Internal Controls

Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, accounting standards, and company policies. Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
