ABOUT THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
I am currently looking for someone to work very closely with me to manage all aspects of my business, office and life.

ABOUT THE JOB ROLE:
A Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to the director or a Financial Planning and Wealth Management Company.

You will play a critical role in maintaining and managing the financial integrity and operational accuracy of both: My Company's Internal Accounts and Client Operations.

You will coordinate daily with my Admin team and Client Servicing team to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations and reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing Office Operations, Client Operations, Vendors & Stakeholders
- Plan & Communicate for Account Opening,



Prospects & Client Review meetings
- Oversee & Coordinate Bills, Accounts, Payments & Invoices
- Managing my emails, whatsapp, calendar & team task list

WORK TIMINGS:
Mon to Friday - 9AM to 6PM
1st & 3rd Saturday - working. 2nd & 4th Saturday off.
Full Time - Work from Office Only
