About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate high-quality leads through compelling content and strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle, or real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.

* Create engaging content including reels, short videos, project walkthroughs, before-after transformations, testimonials and design stories.

* Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.

* Coordinate with designers, project teams and photographers to capture premium project content.

* Execute paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.

* Write compelling captions, blogs and marketing copy.

* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms and design industry insights.

* Collaborate with external agencies, influencers and creative partners whenever required.

* Track and report key performance metrics including reach,



engagement, enquiries and conversions.

Desired Skills

* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.

* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar creative tools.

* Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or InShot.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

* Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Modular Furniture, Luxury Real Estate or Home Décor brands will be preferred.

Qualification

* Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design or related field.

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
