Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing (especially via LinkedIn), screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Handle employee grievances and ensure timely and confidential resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Assist in managing the increment cycle, including performance reviews and salary revisions.
Coordinate with the accountant for payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
